Terms and Conditions

Please note that "Love At First Sight" wedding decor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions. By continuing to use this website (. and by ordering your event decorations services with us, you accept to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. 

  • Please note dates will not be held without booking fee. 

  • €80 booking fee (non refundable) is required to secure your date. Sometimes booking fee is different depends on event.

  • Delivery charge may apply depending on location,  €350 Minimum Order.

  • Please confirm with us regarding your date availability before paying booking fee

  • Please contact us two weeks before your big day/ event to arrange setup time & confirm all details.

  • Please note payment will be required 2 weeks before your big day, if paying by cheque please allow sufficient time.

  • It will take at least 2-2,5 ours to setup ceremony decorations, please confirm with church/venue re property to be available at least 2h before ceremony starting time for us to start setup.

  • In case of bad weather conditions on the day ( storm, heavy rain ect) there might be possibility that we can not set up decorations outside due to safety reasons. In that case all decoration will be placed inside the Church or Venue.

  • Damage to hired decor will be charged according to the full replacement value at the time of hire.

  • We are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by use or misuse of hired items.

  • All Ceremony Decor is for ceremony use only and should not be moved.
